Collette Andrea - Steady Sun

It's been just over a year since I first introduced you to Collette Andrea. In that time, I'd be hard pressed to offer another artist, indie or mainstream, that has captivated me as much as she has. Here's the proof...

Steady Sun is the second EP by Toronto, Ontario, Canada's very own Collette Andrea. As it goes with EPs, you're generally left with a longing for more. This is the case with Steady Sun and then some. From the rock/blues/folk opener Give Me All Your Lovin' to the bluesy closer You and Me, Collette's melodic, timeless vocals are on full display.

After just one listen, you realize that Collette is a true throwback to the 60's and 70's, when the singer/songwriter dominated not only radio airplay, but our culture as well. I figured out that the best way to get more is to just hit replay. Over and over again.

Head over to Bandcamp today to download Steady Sun, as well as Collette's debut EP Luna. And follow her on Twitter and like her on Facebook.

Support unsigned artists... give indie music a chance.
